Beautiful Words Create a Beautiful World

Light precedes meaning.

Before language, before structure, before certainty — there is vibration.
From that vibration, patterns gather. From patterns, perception forms.
And from perception, a world appears.

My paintings emerge at the threshold where the immaterial becomes visible.
Images first arise from Waka, Japanese ancient poetry, translated into digital abstraction — fields of information without weight or memory. They are then rebuilt through the disciplined craft of early oil painting, where surface, time, and gravity return to the image.

What is seen is not a landscape of place, but a landscape of becoming.
Not representation, but formation.

These works explore how structure becomes beauty —
how order rises from uncertainty —
how light, when held long enough, begins to resemble thought.

Beauty here is not ornament.
It is coherence.

光は意味に先立つ。

言葉が生まれる前に、構造が定まる前に、確信が訪れる前に — 振動がある。
振動からパターンが集まり、パターンから知覚が形づくられ、そして世界が立ち現れる。

私の絵画は、非物質が可視へと変わる境界で生まれる。
和歌から立ち上がるイメージはデジタル抽象へと翻訳され、重さも記憶も持たない情報の場として現れ、初期油彩の厳密な技法によって再構築され、時間と物質性を取り戻す。

そこに描かれるのは場所の風景ではなく、「生成」の風景である。
再現ではなく、形成。

構造が美へと転じる瞬間。
不確かさから秩序が立ち上がる瞬間。
光が十分に保たれたとき、思考のような姿を帯びる瞬間。

ここでの美は装飾ではない。
それは整合である。
